Return Policy

Is the product not what you expected? No problem. You have the right to return your order at your own expense within 14 days without giving any reason.

• You can return within the return period of 14 days
• Always state your name + the invoice number with a return
• Costs of a return are for your own account
• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account when returning
• Pack the products well, preferably in the original packaging. The risk of shipping is for your own account.
• Upon receipt of a return, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount including the shipping costs. (Shipping costs of the return are for your own account). If you have bought multiple items and you return not all the products, you will only receive the purchase amount of the returned item.
